Preparing for the 2022 Holiday season at Hudson’s Bay, our goal was to forge authentic connections with customers via social media. We crafted a distinctive social strategy, centered on partnering with three iconic Toronto influencers who became the faces of our entire campaign—an innovative approach unprecedented at HBC. The results were not only heightened social media engagement throughout the campaign but also an overall increase in sales compared to the previous holiday season.
