Social Media Strategy

As the Senior Manager of Brand & Channel Marketing, Social Media at Hudson's Bay, my team played a pivotal role in overhauling our Social Media Strategy. Our primary goal was to establish a distinct and unmistakably branded Instagram feed for Hudson's Bay. This involved internally creating content that mimicked the authenticity of UGC, crafting on-brand graphics with featured brands, and leveraging vendor-provided images that seamlessly aligned with our new brand aesthetic. This social media strategy garnered an 87% increase in followers, a 717% increase in video views, a 934% increase in engagements, and a 1225% increase in impressions across channels through organic and paid efforts.
